Hi. This is going to be my first post on this vlog so who is going to read it i really appreciate it. In this vlog i wanna post and talk about mental health. I named it Psychology vlog because i wanna share my experience about mental health and about my way to learn more about it. I don´t know much about psychology but i am intrested in it and want to learn about it. I think that a lot of people are dealing with mental problems. I for example had depresion and anxiety. I didn´t know what to do. I lost myself. I was lost. But then i realised that it´s okay not to be okay. You are not alone in all this because every person has some problems and is not okay. It will take a lot of time but please don´t give up. it is worth it to fight. You are worth it. Please also remember and remind yourself to take good care of yourself.
